Returns Policy
Bright red bus aims to deliver the highest quality products.  However, in the event that you are  dissatisfied with any of our products, the item can be returned within 10 days of receipt in its original condition and we will provide a full refund. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting and please include all your correspondence details within the parcel.

Please note that we can only offer refunds for opened items if they are defective. Please contact us first before returning a defective item at Sales@brightredbus.com

Except in the case of a defective item, the customer cannot be reimbursed for p&p or returns postage as this is a direct cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation of order
You may cancel an order that has not already been processed by emailing sales@brightredbus.com

Any cancellations made after processing but prior to shipping will be charged an administration fee of 15%
